Hand rolled tortellini filled with spinach, house ricotta, & lemon. tossed in a creamy white wine sauce with peas and ham.
Filled with smoked chicken. Root vegetables and pickled red onion in a whey-butter sauce. Finished with parmesan, chives, and parsley.
