 Group to gather at our mobile kitchen for class where RWPCo catering chefs guide everyone through pizza-building basics - from pizza architecture to “optimal bite ratio.” Each participant will receive their own 10” dough (with name tag) and, using what they learned, will walk through one of two build-your-own-pizza stations, set up like a buffet. Our team will also be there throughout to answer questions and offer suggestions.

 TBD: Group Lunch Style (RWPCo aims to serve cooked pizzas as close to ‘at once’ as possible) or Rolling Style (guests eat as their pizza is cooked and finished).
